VINYASA is a dynamic, modern and electric style of yoga that connects the poses through fluid and graceful transitions. Vinyasa yoga strengthens the body, heart and mind, and is sometimes also referred to as Power Yoga.
SLOW FLOW is a poetic and mellow form of vinyasa. The precise movements invite deep strength and flexibility, as the poses are held for several breaths to magnify their impact.
YIN YOGA is an invitation to surrender into to the depths of our connective tissues and emotional body. Through long-held poses sitting or lying on the floor, yin yoga increases flexibility, releases blockages and revitalizes the tissues of the body.
